The first time my husband and I went to them, they left a rag on top of my husband’s engine. We gave them a second chance, and went back again. This time I had to get gasket seals replaced on my Maserati Levante. I dropped my car off on August 28. We were notified that they didn’t have all the parts. The part needed to be ordered. They said the part would be in on Tuesday, September 1. September 2 or 3 we were told that the technician that was assigned to my car walked off the job and they were going to have the owner come in and fix the car. Long story short we didn’t get my car back until September 8. I asked for a 10% discount when I to pickled up my car because I felt they inconvenienced me. I was told, they were inconvenience because THEIR employee walked off the job and the owner that doesn’t even fix cars anymore had to come in and fix my car. Not my problem. We definitely will not be going back there.

Grandmother brought here Subaru in (yes a Japanese vehicle to a European shop) not knowing any better. She has a check engine light due to the active grille shutter component being faulty, and they diagnosed this accurately, but then explained that she needed to go to the dealership to have it calibrated, which is a blatant lie, it is a self initializing plug and play part. Next, they diagnosed the vehicle Eyesight issue. You should know on Subarus, whenever you have a CEL that the active eyesight will also shut off, leading to a “eyesight error” on driver dash. The proper fix would’ve been to replace the active grille shutter, which in turn fixes the CEL and reduced power, which then would have more than likely cleared the eyesight code. They charged her $250 (1.5 hrs) for a simple diagnostic scan. They then charged her $30 for materials and hazmat, and when asked why the added fees when nothing was disposed of, or liquids drained, the response was “our techs use towels and it’s a standard fee on all tickets”. Total $312.48 for a diagnostic that resulted in no work being completed and a remaining issue. To make matters worse they also attempted to charge her $155 for an engin

Buyers beware of Wagenhaus! My 2014 Touareg was leaking radiator fluid into the oil (or vise versa). Desk rep pointed to a poster on the wall promoting a diagnostic special. I accepted. When work was complete I returned, retrieved my Touareg, and returned to work. I later looked at bill and it was much more than what I was quoted. When I spoke with manager he asked, “why you didn’t mention this when you picked it up?” I don’t know, I said, I just didn’t. But fact is, why did I need to? If you’re running a promotion and a customer agrees to the promotional price, then why should customers need to remind you of your promotion at check out? That’s called “bait and switch.” Instead of offering to pay the difference, he offered a discount on my next service but no need, I won’t be returning.

Some people will never know the impact they have on others. The owner lady at the front desk I wish I knew her name, but she is an AMAZING person! So I have been getting the run around for my locking lug nut key and she helped me out of the kindness of her heart! Such a blessing from God she was. I now will definitely be back there to get my work done on my volks wagon. Your kindness and generosity just got you a new customer!!!! Where is the 10 star button!? ⭐️💥
